Wahm auction business

There are a wide variety of choices for your auction inventory. Each has different benefits and disadvantages. However, with so many options it is easy to find a method that works well for you and that can help you start a successful Wahm business. The first, and most simple, method of finding things to sell in online auctions is searching the garage sales in your local area.

Many people are not comfortable with selling online, or they don’t want to take the time to do it. You may find a lot of interesting and valuable treasures that can be sold for a nice profit. The benefit of this method is that your inventory can usually be purchased very cheaply. Try going to yard sales as they are ending and see if you can get a bulk deal to buy whatever the person has left for a flat fee. Sometimes there will be items that will double or even triple your initial investment. You also have the benefit of being able to shop locally. You won’t have to travel far to get the items that you need.

Another similar option is to look for estate sales and auctions in your area. On the downside, when you purchase inventory from yard sales, you really have to know what you are looking for. Sometimes this method works better if you are focusing on selling a specific category of items, like pottery or children’s toys. If you have a category of items that you are familiar with, you’ll know how much you can afford to spend. You will also be able to spot deals when you see them. The other downside is that when you purchase items, you need somewhere in your home to store them before you sell them.

If you buy a lot of items and have to sort through them, your garage and spare room will fill up in no time. Some people prefer to keep the inventory out of their homes and work with a drop shipper. Drop shipping companies have items that you can sell on auctions. You list the items on the auction site, and then once the auction is complete, you arrange shipment with the drop ship company. You never have to have the product in your home, and don’t have to worry about going to the post office a few times a week.

As a Wahm, the convenience of working with a drop shipping company can be a huge benefit. However, the profit margins of having the company do the shipping can be very small when compared to some of your other options. When you obtain a business license you can order wholesale products from a company. Light bulk wholesale is the best option for most Wahms. These wholesale packages include from several hundred to a thousand dollars worth of product.

Light bulk wholesale can be delivered to your home and won’t require excessive amounts of storage space. Selling from a wholesale lot means that you are in charge of setting your prices and can have more profit than you would by drop shipping. You are also not at the mercy of a drop shipping company, who may deliver your items late and put your customer service at risk. On the other hand, stocking your own inventory can be a bit overwhelming unless you are organized. You can easily get bogged down in getting the right items to the right buyers.

You will also be responsible for going to the post office several times a week, and packaging the items yourself. However, with a bit of preparation, the most successful auction site Wahms find that buying items in wholesale lots gives them the most control over their business and the best profit margins. If you are just getting started, try one of the other methods first and then work up to buying wholesale lots.

Stock Trading Courses

Stock trading is exceedingly diverse and offers many new and exciting opportunities for trading. Trading stocks enables people to take part in wide-ranging market moves or within specific sectors.

Stock Trading Courses and Other Resources For Learning How to Trade
By Dean Forster

Stock trading courses, online tutorials, seminars, software programs - these are just some of the ways by which a person can learn the ins and outs of stock market trading. Some of them are for free, while some require fees. Some will teach the most basic knowledge about stock trading, while some are comprehensive and are multi-level.

If you want to learn how to trade stocks, or at least get an idea of how it’s done, here are some options you can explore.

Classroom setting

Nowadays, most universities are offering stock market courses. These are full units or at least one semester of education on stock trading and financial market information. Even some high schools are starting to offer subjects on trading and investment to prepare younger students for future careers in security trading.

The advantages of learning trading in a classroom setting is that students get to discuss issues and exchange ideas on market trends, day trading, swing stocks and other aspects of the financial investment market that otherwise would remain a secret to them. Learning in a group setting also helps stimulate creative thinking, as compared with learning the course alone. The disadvantage? Not much, except you have to enroll and pay the whole course and miscellaneous fees. But you’ll get your money’s worth.

Seminars

Attending a seminar about stock trading can at least provide you with the basic knowledge that might prove useful in the future. One-hour or two-hour lectures are good enough to provide attendees with the knowledge of how stock exchanges operate and what financial instruments can be used for investing. The good thing about seminars is that most of them are for free. The bad thing is that it you don’t really get all the details on the complicated world of trading in just one or two hours.

Online courses

There are schools that offer distant instruction on stock market trading through the Internet. A number of companies also offer online courses about stocks and investments. The advantage of this type of program is that you get to do it at a place of your own choosing, as long as there is an Internet connection. However, this method might not be as comprehensive as learning it in a classroom venue.

Software programs

Whether it is for free or you have to buy a proprietary program, software-based courses can help you improve your knowledge about stock markets. This method is convenient and you are offered time flexibility. However, it could cost you money. The more expensive packages are, of course, the more comprehensive. Free programs are good enough for basic tutorials.

Stock trading courses are useful endeavors, even if you don’t plan to be a stockbroker or a market analyst. Knowing how the stock market works will definitely help you in managing your finances better and in making decisions on where to put that money.

Concept of Price Action

Price action can vary depending on the interpretation. Understanding price action enables a trader to minimize questionable entries and improve exits. Price action is the footprint of the money.

The Amazing Concept of Price Action and Trading Without Indicators
By John Templeton

I know something like the concept price action and trading without indicators gets lost in the current trading world that we live in now. When the trading community goes insane over the latest flavor of the day. In a trading world that has all these brand new indicators, trading robots, state of the art trading software, etc… we are definitely in a time of style over substance.

The idea of just looking at a naked chart (no indicators) probably doesn’t appeal to a whole lot of people. They are probably saying "what am I supposed to be able to see looking at that?" And my answer would be everything.

Without all the filler and the other b.s. that goes on a trading chart nowadays, you get to see the market in its most real form. With price action you get to see:

The Trend - You always hear about people saying trade with the trend. Well, frankly I don’t know any other way to spot the trend without looking at price action. I can assure you that moving averages don’t cut it.

Support and Resistance Areas - Once you know what to look for, its so obvious to spot. A basic bar chart is like an x-ray of the market. It tells you exactly how traders are reacting to the price movement, and within the reaction, it is clear that there are spots in the market that traders are waiting for.

The Future Price - It all boils down to the fact that all markets have price action patterns that are repeated over and over, which can be used to forecast and predict future price movement. It goes back to the old adage "those who fail history are doomed to repeat it"

John Templeton has been a successful forex trader after learning how to trade price action. Once he understood that all he needed to trade forex was on a plain chart with no indicators, his profits soared.
